The company is owned and managed by Richard and Erika Andrews. It is based in Gloucester, Massachusetts with the capability to provide service to your machine's wherever your travels may take you (and your equipment). With remote management, we can work with you to remedy via phone and internet - preventing any down time.

Richard Andrews graduated for the University of Lowell with a degree in Engineering. He has been a respected and accredited employee of various Information Technology departments across Massachusetts. ........................

Erika Andrews graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst as a Communications Major. She was employed with the Boston Globe as a Systems Analyst in the Marketing Design department until the birth of her son in 2004. Prior to the Globe, she worked in Marketing Communications and as a Web Developer at ON Technology - a software company based in Waltham, MA. Today, she continues with her design and development work out of her home while managing the corporate design aspect of CAPEnets.
